These Terms govern your use of the Minthaa Platform. We've written them clearly and fairly knowing what you're agreeing to matters to us as much as it does to you.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using any part of the Minthaa Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, institution, or organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind such entity to these Terms. Users who do not agree with any part of these Terms must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
